CCW is committed to a policy of openness and transparency.

We welcome our responsibility under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, Environmental Information Regulations 2004, Data Protection Act 1998 and Reuse of public sector information 2005 to provide a general right of access to information for the public. We also recognise our key role in helping the public understand how public decisions are made and how public money is spent.
